Custom Glass Bottle Process

Step 1: Draw a design and send to customer for confirmation.

Step 2: Sample Mould will be made for sample making. Less than 50,000pcs, 2 moulds is enough. The quantity of the moulds depends on the order quantity.

Step 3: Sample Making for confirm the bottle size and shape.

Step 4:  After customer confirm the sample, we will start the make the rest of mould. meanwhile, arrange the mass production and produce the carton or pallet.

Step 5: Meanwhile, arrange the mass production and produce the carton or pallet.

Step 6: After the bottle finished, if customer request the craft service, e.g, logo printing, decal or painting,  the bottle will be shipped to another factory to craft operation.

Step 7: Inspect the bottle on the production line.

Step 8: If customer request, logo printing, painting or decal. The bottle will be ship to other factory for craft operate.

Step 9: Inspection and Packaging

Step 10: Shipping
